This article aims to clarify our policy regarding locked prices.
Our company follows a locked price policy, which means that the amount you paid at the time of purchase will remain the same for all future subscription charges until you cancel your subscription. If you bought a subscription at a discounted price, the same discounted pricing applies to all future charges, even if we increase the price of our platform in the future. However, if we were to reduce our prices in the future, your subscription won't be updated automatically to reflect the changes. In case we reduce our prices, you may cancel your monthly subscription and enroll again at the lower price if you wish to do so, but we won't issue a refund for the difference in the price.
At KodeKloud, we believe in being transparent and fair to our subscribers. Our Locked Price Policy ensures subscribers can renew their subscriptions at the same price they initially purchased, provided they meet certain conditions. However, there are a few scenarios where this privilege will not apply:
1. Cancellation of Subscription: If subscribers cancel their subscription before the end of the subscription period, they will lose the locked price privilege. Upon re-subscribing, the renewal will be subject to the current subscription pricing at the time of renewal.
2. Special Coupon Code Usage: If a subscriber used a special coupon code during their initial purchase, which gave them extra discounts for a limited period, the locked price will not apply.
3. Introduction of Taxes: If there is a change in tax policies after the subscriber's initial purchase, the locked price will be subject to adjustments to accommodate applicable taxes. Subscribers will be notified in advance of the renewal costs.
4. Auto-Renewal Requirement: The Locked Price Policy applies only to auto-renewals. Subscribers who remove their card details and try to renew manually will not be eligible for the locked price benefit.
