How to Cancel your KodeKloud Subscription?

Follow this guide to cancel your subscription plan easily.

Step 1: Log in to Your KodeKloud Account

  • Visit the KodeKloud website and log in to your account.
  • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and navigate to Account Settings.


Step 2: Access Subscription Plans

    • In the left-hand panel, click on Subscription Plans.
    • Select Manage Subscriptions to view your current plan details.

Step 3: Cancel Your Subscription

  • In the Current Subscription page, you will find information about your subscription, including the billing cycle and next payment date.
  • Locate the "Cancel subscription" button and click on it to initiate the cancellation process.

 


Step 4: Confirm Cancellation

  • After clicking the "Cancel subscription" button, the system may prompt you to confirm your decision.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

  • Access After Cancellation: Once you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the KodeKloud platform for the remaining period of your subscription.

  • Access Period Example:

    • If you enrolled in a monthly subscription on April 16 and cancelled on April 20, you'll have access until May 15.
    • For a yearly subscription starting on April 16, 2021, and cancellation on April 20, you'll retain access until April 15, 2022.
  • Refund Policy: A refund is not initiated automatically upon cancellation. If you require a refund, please reach out to KodeKloud support within 30 days of the transaction.

  • Refund Process: Once a refund is approved, access to the platform will be terminated immediately.
