      How to Cancel Your KodeKloud Subscription?

      Cancelling a subscription on KodeKloud is a straightforward process that can be done through the platform's user-friendly interface. Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.

      • Log in to your KodeKloud account using your registered email address and password.

        • Once logged in, go to your profile by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page.
        • In the dropdown menu, select "Payment Settings."

      • Within the Payment Settings, look for the "My Subscription" option.
      • Click on "My Subscription" to access details about your current subscription.

      Step 4: Cancel Your Subscription

      • On the "My Subscription" page, you will find information about your subscription, including the billing cycle and next payment date.

      • Access After Cancellation: Once you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the KodeKloud platform for the remaining period of your subscription.

      • Access Period Example:

        • If you enrolled in a monthly subscription on April 16 and cancelled on April 20, you'll have access until May 15.
        • For a yearly subscription starting on April 16, 2021, and cancellation on April 20, you'll retain access until April 15, 2022.

      • Refund Policy: A refund is not initiated automatically upon cancellation. If you require a refund, please reach out to KodeKloud support within 30 days of the transaction.

      • Refund Process: Once a refund is approved, access to the platform will be terminated immediately.
